工厂停工，张金生无处可去，他独自一人在工厂徘徊，一段古怪的声音把他引入另一个世界，那里时而漫天大雪，时而寂静荒凉，他看到了不同的自己。。A film version of a play Fassbinder directed in Hamburg, Clare Booth Luce's "The Women". It gave Fassbinder an opportunity to indulge his passion for working with women - there are forty women in the play and no men.
