支教老师陈蕊雨中磕头，祈求村民借钱做眼部手术，儿子江溪为了留在村子里帮助穷困潦倒的家里想放弃去清北的机会。经李叔开导后江溪决心学成回来报答村子。五年后，教室被承包商赵痞看上想黑掉地皮转卖给北建集团，陈蕊不答应，赵痞想动手。但江溪回来了。。A pilots pregnant wife is killed by a band of thugs who break into their home. The gang is caught and sent off to prison.
