张丽纱Yeesa（吴海昕饰），2月29日出生的平凡少女。2017年，Yeesa于2月28日为自己庆祝生日，在11时59分一刻，竟然穿越时空，来到天寒地冻的北海道，过程中遇上和她未来命脉相连的两个男人－马智浩Ryan（徐天佑饰）与余家聪（刘俊谦饰），两个香港男生都不约而同地声称与她相识。24小时过去，Yeesa穿越回到香港，现实却只过了一秒钟。Yeesa发现自己的穿越能力不由自主，而她竟然在现实里重新认识Ryan及家聪……命运的齿轮在静静地转动着……。The story begins in 1996 when Colonel Sodhi, now 70, visits his sister and her family.
