本作は「カノン」の雑賀俊朗が監督を務め、地元の北九州でオールロケ撮影を行ったオリジナル映画。娘と2人で暮らす真名美が、ある日家庭裁判所に呼びされた。女子ボクシングに打ち込む真名美の経済状況が悪く、娘を義母が育てるべきだと行政が判断したのだ。そんな中、正義感の強い真名美は職場で理不尽な目に遭っている同僚をかばったことで失業してしまう。彼女は周囲の支えにより新たに老人介護施設での仕事を得るが、そこで事故を起こし、娘と一緒にいられない状況に。ボクシングの試合に勝ちファイトマネーを得て娘を取り戻すため、真名美のチャンピオンへの挑戦が始まる。。An examination of the legacy one athlete left to the progression of his sports.
