The whole intrigue is centered around carte-blanche documents kept in a vault. Whoever fills in the blank becomes the owner of a revue. Big money is involved. The nephew of the owner of the vault is trying to cheat his uncle and have his name in the documents. Everything is even more complicated because the manager of the bank has a finger in the pie, too. Who but a humble bank...。这是一部典型的90年代怪诞喜剧风格的恐怖电影。本片讲述了一个叫做格雷戈里的男人从许愿井疗养院被释放后，他希望能够让小孩子们高兴，因此他重新打开了陈旧的冰淇淋工厂的大门，然而，总有一些小孩子不领情，所以格雷戈里就把这些小孩都做成了“独特的”冰淇淋.....。一个像嬉痞的怪男人，吃的恶心、穿的破烂...连女儿都敬而远之，又与妻子分散十年，朋友皆排斥之，经心理医师诊疗，重燃对生命的希望。在一次偶然的机会巧遇了自己的儿子却不自知中间经过重重波折，直到遇见他妻子···。之间的疯狂构成了一部可爱的画面与笑料。。
