本作は、井上ハヤオキの電子コミック「サワコ」を原作とした“ラブホラーサスペンス”。恋人・八田雪斗を亡くし途方に暮れる音川マチカの元に、雪斗の元恋人・音川サワコが現れる。ひょんなことから、2人は同居することに。マチカの家族は明るくて気が利くサワコを歓迎するが、サワコが時折見せる妖艶さや狂気が、マチカの周囲の人間関係を侵食していく。。The movie starts with the Sazer-X playing basketball.
