田禹治原本生活在洪吉童所建立的理想之国“律岛国”，在遭受朋友姜霖背叛而失去如父亲般存在的洪吉童和恋人洪舞燕后，为了复仇前往朝鲜，却阴差阳错拯救了朝鲜百姓，成为英雄。。在寡默的工厂里工作的涉，血气方刚的餐饮店店员英治，看似温厚的看护师光则，三人是从小玩到大的青梅竹马。闲暇之余，他们以“社会改造”的名义，对街上人们的轻微的不道德行为和歧视进行不留余地的打击。可是，这场社会改造似乎正逐渐演变为暴力…。。A brother and sister move into an old seaside house they find abandoned for many years on the English coast.
