Today Helen is a different woman dedicated to her car...。花园花铃（中原麻衣配音）拥有着悲惨的身世，在她尚且没有记忆的时候，父母就过世了。之后，叔母收留了无处可去的花铃。花铃虽然个性善良而又温柔，脑袋却有些笨笨的，无论是成绩也好运动也好人际交往也好，她都慢别人一步，因此常常遭到叔母的责骂。花铃唯一的好朋友是她的宠物猫小西，然而有一天，小西也离她而去。一次偶然中，花铃发现了母亲留下来的一枚戒指，这枚戒指拥有神奇的法力，能够让花铃变身成为魔法少女。之后，花铃又遇见了九条姬香（下屋则子配音）和九条和音（泽城美雪配音），他们也拥有着各自的戒指。。
