民国初年，燕南大学考古系教授的秦羽偶得藏龙墓线索，立即着手准备组建考古队伍，墨班机关术传人韩阳身手不凡，遂邀请其参加考古挖掘。为筹钱二叔治病，韩阳不顾二叔的劝阻，答应同行。与秦羽相熟的地方军阀李大勋得知此事，主动资助考古。秦羽带韩阳、女儿秦卿、学生杨沫、罗子钦和李大勋之女李冰瑶组队出发。不料，江湖传言葬龙墓有一至宝龙珠，韩羽一行被另外两个盗墓团伙跟踪。经过跋涉，秦羽凭借蛛丝马迹已经接近目的地，却发现了大量的蛇蜕……。南北战争期间，美国军队向西部地区派遣了一支志愿兵连队。随着任务方向的逐步改变，他们参与行动的初衷开始变得模糊不清。 影片获2024年戛纳电影节一种关注单元最佳导演奖。。Norman, a retired police officer, works as a night security guard in a building.
