影片主要讲述了伍四六进京面圣，揭发考试弊案，不料招惹了九门提督阿克占，被他威逼利诱，麻翠姑在寿宴上收到了孤儿院捐款，对阿克占好感徒升。伍四六通过重新笔试，鉴别出作弊者，顺藤摸瓜，很快就要查到阿克占头上……。In this animated movie, escapees from a galactic nuthouse need to spend a penny and arrive on Earth. They think it's the perfect planet to conquer but they didn't reckon on Dante, a kid who works out how to use one of their devices and turn everything he comes into contact with into living objects.@。
